If you wish to get in touch with the NordProtect support team, follow these steps:

  1. Go to NordProtect's help center.
  2. Next, press the submit a request button in the upper right corner:

  3. Afterward, input your email address in the email address box:

  4. In the subject and description text boxes describe your inquiry with as much detail as possible:

  5. Optionally, add an attachment to further explain your inquiry by pressing the add files or drop files here button by dropping the file on the same button:

  6. Once the request is filled press the submit button:

After completing these steps, you have successfully submitted a request. Our support team will review your inquiry and get back to you as soon as possible.
